2) What data we collect & why

• Contact / order forms: name, email, phone, message — to respond, provide a quote and enter into/perform a contract.
• Service delivery/support: contact & company details, technical parameters — to provide services and meet legal obligations.
• Server/security logs: IP address, User-Agent, URL, timestamp, referrer — to secure the Site, prevent abuse and diagnose issues.
• Cookies: necessary and, if enabled, analytics cookies. See “Cookies & tracking”.
• reCAPTCHA (where enabled): Google receives technical data to distinguish humans from bots. We display the required reCAPTCHA notice with links to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.

3) Legal bases

We process data under GDPR Art. 6: contract/steps to contract, legal obligation (e.g., accounting), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, support) and consent (e.g., optional marketing).

4) Retention

• Form inquiries: up to 12 months after last contact unless you become a client.
• Contract & accounting data: for the period required by law.
• Security logs: typically up to 12 months, longer if needed for incidents/legal claims.

5) Sharing (recipients)

We use vetted processors: hosting/data center, email and ticketing systems, anti-abuse/security (including Google reCAPTCHA on relevant pages). Data may be disclosed to competent authorities as required by law.

6) International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where appropriate, additional safeguards.

7) Cookies & tracking

• Necessary/functional: required for the Site to operate.
• Analytics/marketing (if enabled): used only with your consent; manage via the cookie banner/settings.
