Zimbra Mail Server Monitoring (Live)

This page shows live monitoring of Zimbra mail infrastructure through Prometheus, a custom Zimbra Exporter and Grafana. We track server load, services, mail queue, SMTP/IMAP access, the state of Zimbra components and the overall health of the mail system.

Data refreshes automatically in real time and allows fast detection of issues such as stopped services, delayed mail queue processing, high load, unreachable ports or problems with mail traffic.

We track Zimbra services, SMTP/IMAP/POP3 ports, mail queue, deferred messages, usage statistics, CPU, RAM, disk usage and IO wait. On abnormal behavior the system can automatically send alerts via Telegram, Email or Slack.

This allows early detection of issues and a significantly faster response to incidents related to the mail infrastructure.
