How discreet is the service and how is our data protected?

We follow strict internal confidentiality rules. We do not share information about your network, devices or habits with third parties. We can also sign a dedicated non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Documentation about your home is stored securely with restricted access, and if requested, it can be provided only in printed form or fully deleted after the project is completed.
