2) What data we collect

Contact forms & requests: email, phone, and request content — used to respond and to prepare/perform a service.
Service & support data: technical info about a device/service provided for diagnostics or repair.
System logs: IP address, browser (User-Agent), time, requested URL — used for security and abuse prevention.

3) How we protect your data

We apply multi-layer security (defense-in-depth):

All connections are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
Cloudflare (CDN + WAF) filters malicious traffic and DDoS before it reaches our servers.
Emails and phone numbers are stored encrypted in a separate contact_vault table, isolated from request lists.
Contacts are masked by default (e.g., sv***@pro***, +359*****888); full access is restricted to the super_admin role.
The admin panel enforces roles/permissions and logs status changes and access to sensitive data.
Active protection via Fail2Ban to block aggressive/failed access attempts.
Daily encrypted backups (AES-256) and monitoring for unusual activity.

4) Cloudflare & infrastructure

The site and admin panel use Cloudflare for security and performance. This means:

your requests pass through a protected proxy layer and WAF that blocks bots and attacks (DDoS, injection, etc.);
data transfer is encrypted (SSL Full Strict);
only the minimal technical data necessary is used for security and reliable operation;
we do not use Cloudflare for marketing/advertising profiling;
Cloudflare logs are stored for a limited period for purely technical purposes.

5) Your rights

You have rights under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with CPDP (kzld@cpdp.bg). We respond within 30 days and verify the requester’s identity before processing.

6) Cookies

We use only functional cookies (session, language, security). Analytics/marketing cookies are applied only after explicit consent.
