A network printer allows multiple computers to print through the same device over the network. For this to work reliably, the printer must be correctly connected, detected and configured across the required workstations.
We connect the printer to the network via LAN or Wi-Fi, configure its IP settings and ensure that all necessary devices can access it. When required, we configure sharing options, user permissions and print queue settings.
